Currently, Inkelligent delivers exclusively within the United States. We are planning to expand our delivery services to other regions in the near future, so please keep an eye on our website for updates.

Free Shipping

Inkelligent offers free shipping on all orders.

Order Processing Time

The time it takes from when an order is placed to when it is handed over to the shipping service ranges from 5-7 working days. Orders made over the weekend or on holidays may face delays due to the warehouse operating Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

Holiday Shipping

Be aware that shipping during public holidays, particularly from December 12th to December 24th, may experience delays. We advise ordering well in advance to ensure timely delivery for the holidays.

International Shipping Delays

International shipments may be delayed due to COVID-19 or other factors. If you experience delays, please email supports@inkelligent.com for assistance in checking your order status with the shipping carrier.

Customs and Import Duties

Occasionally, additional customs or import duties may be incurred. If you are charged any such fees, please keep the receipt and contact us at supports@inkelligent.com.

Missing Packages

If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within two months of the delivery date. After two months, we may not be able to assist. If there has been no update to your package's logistics for more than 10 days, contact us immediately to investigate and resolve the issue.
